Dave has over 20 years in professional recruiting following a successful operating company career primarily with LL&E/ConocoPhillips in Oil & Gas and Oil Refining & Trading.  He was instrumental in growing the engineering niche of a regional recruiting firm, then forming OneSource Professional Search in 2003.  In addition to his leadership role, Dave has personally placed hundreds of productive long term employees for OneSource’s clients.  Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans and attained his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1998.  He is married, a proud father of two boys, and enjoys playing tennis and music.

Henry is a trusted & proven executive recruiter with over 25 years as a leader with Mobil Oil, Tulane University & Entergy Corporation. Earning a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State & Tulane MBA, he joined OneSource in 2005, and is a key contributor to the firm’s significant growth & practice diversification. Henry is recognized as a high energy & results-driven search professional with solid integrity & extensive network of clients across multiple industries. Debra Casabat

Debra has been building enduring relationships and successfully recruiting and placing experienced professionals since 1997. She comes to Onesource after investing the past 15 years with a regional search firm, where she successfully created and grew a professional search division. Additionally, she recruited, developed and managed highly effective teams of executive recruiters in both the New Orleans, LA and Houston, TX markets. Debra completed her MBA and a BS in Marketing from the University of New Orleans. She has also earned two national certifications, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS). She enjoys cooking with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her children's school/travel teams.

Karen Shannon

Karen brings over 10 years of diverse experience in public relations and marketing to the OneSource team including roles in finance, industrial service, healthcare, advertising and event coordination. A very determined and driven professional, she always aspires to contribute at the highest levels while helping others exceed their professional and personal goals. As her family grew to include four beautiful daughters, Karen stepped away from the corporate world to become a full-time mom and took advantage of the “down time” to serve as youth minister of her church and substitute teach along the way. An LSU graduate with a BA in Marketing, Karen is an avid, lifetime fan of LSU athletics and enjoys spending free time with her family and friends cheering on the Tigers and her girls in their many activities.

Charlotte Takewell

Charlotte has enjoyed a penchant for creating meaningful client relationships throughout her 15-year career as a realtor, executive assistant, and extensive background in the hospitality industry. Her analytical and empathetic nature combined with core values of integrity, attentiveness, and building rapport align perfectly with OneSource’s philosophy and approach to recruiting top talent for its client partners. Charlotte aspires to always exceed expectations and thrives on the success produced when a great candidate is matched with a valued client! A graduate from Longwood University with a BA in English, Charlotte is an ardent reader, trivia buff, self-proclaimed foodie, and live music enthusiast.

George McMillan

Came out of retirement to join Onesource in 2008 after a 31 year career with Amoco Production Company as a seismic processing specialist. George enjoys many tennis activities and formerly was a director for the New Orleans Oilmen's Tennis Tournament and the league coordinator for local USTA leagues. He is also an avid supporter of LSU athletics.

Kathy Mount

Treasurer

Earned her BS in Nursing from LSU and pursued a successful 18 year career in clinical nursing and supervision in various specialties including cardiac/intensive care, cardiac rehab, recovery room, elective surgery and endoscopy. Kathy elected to become a stay at home Mom several years ago and upon the forming of Onesource took on the challenge of managing the finances of Onesource. She has also been a key part of many non-profit organizations involving children and young adults with special needs. She enjoys tennis and mastering Sudoku or any other logic/math puzzles.
